About the Counselor
Learn about my journey, my passion for helping others, and what makes my approach to counseling truly unique.

My Journey into Counseling
I was inspired to become a counselor because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people’s experiences and helping them navigate challenges. Early on, I realized that mental health is the foundation for so many aspects of life—relationships, work, and overall well-being. Being able to support someone through their struggles and witness their growth is meaningful to me.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy exploring new restaurants, traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with my loved ones!

Areas of Focus
Through my journey thus far, I find myself most passionate about helping children, adolescents, teens, and young adults navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, psychosocial stressors, and school-related challenges. I also enjoy working with clients who are in need of coping skills, self-esteem, and social skills.
I hope that clients will leave my office feeling understood, supported, and empowered. My goal is for them to gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and to develop practical tools that help them navigate life’s challenges more effectively. Ultimately, I want clients to feel a sense of clarity, resilience, and confidence in their ability to make meaningful changes, while knowing they have a safe space to explore and process their experiences.
