Techniques such as cognitive restructuring, exposure therapy, behavioral activation, mindfulness, and journaling can all assist clients in recognizing unhelpful thoughts, challenge cognitive distortions, and develop healthier coping responses particularly when working with anxiety-related behaviors.
  • I also resonate with Person-Centered Therapy, which ensures clients feel supported and understood. Person-centered therapy compliments CBT, shedding light on the importance of empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard; core values I believe are essential to meaningful therapeutic relationships.
